Course content is designed for students to work towards personal improvement in the areas of physical fitness. The class will present the practice & theory of body toning & improved physical conditioning based on individual needs & personal assessment.
Course content will include rules & skills needed to play the games of flag football, soccer, speedball, softball, basketball, volleyball, team handball, floor hockey, ultimate Frisbee. Course will also include several low organized games. Theory & application of the principles involved in fitness & conditioning will be presented.
